Vivanciel Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Customers in certain countries, such as the United Kingdom and Israel, may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. This ensures health and hygiene standards are maintained.

For customers in Canada, the right of withdrawal only applies if the product is defective or does not match its description.

Refunds
Once the withdrawal is accepted, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Opened, used, or damaged products, including dietary supplements or hygiene items, are not refundable.

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment except as required by law.

Unclaimed or Refused Delivery
To maintain sustainability and competitive pricing, a standard refusal fee of €15 applies if a package is:

• Refused at delivery

• Left uncollected at a pick-up point

• Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

This fee helps cover original shipping, return shipping, and restocking costs. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
