4. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return must be requested within 14 days

Items must be shipped back promptly after approval

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Personalized or custom-made items

Hygiene products once opened

Perishable goods

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

If your order is significantly delayed, you may request cancellation and a full refund.

Items must be returned in original condition for resolution.
